Every service, priced as a fee — never a margin.
You pay for the work, not for access to a factory list. Factory prices stay transparent; our fee is separate and fixed.
Product sourcing
We take your product spec or idea and find 3–5 factories that can genuinely make it — comparing capability, price and lead time. You get a shortlist with the real numbers, not a list of names.
Factory pre-audit
Before a factory enters our network — or before you commit — we check licence, production capacity, quality system and export experience. So you're not gambling on an Alibaba badge.
Sampling
We manage prototype and pre-production samples: spec handoff, revision rounds, and shipping the approved sample to you. You sign off on a physical product — not a PDF — before mass production.
Quality inspection
Before anything ships, we inspect at the factory against a fixed checklist — appearance, dimensions, function, packaging, drop test — using AQL sampling. You get a report with photos, not a phone call saying "it's fine".
Production follow-up
We track production week by week: schedule vs. plan, material arrival, and anything going off-spec. Issues surface while they're cheap to fix, not after the container has sailed.
Pricing in one line
You pay two parties. Always separate, always visible.
The factory
Unit price, tooling, sample and freight — paid directly to the factory or forwarder. We don't add a cent on top.
Haven Bridge
A fixed fee for each service, quoted before we start. It doesn't scale with your order value — it scales with the work.
