Quality & inspection
Quality is a checklist, not a feeling.
One inspection standard across every order — so when we say "it passed", we mean it passed a defined test, with photographs to prove it.
How we sample: AQL
We inspect to AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) — a statistical sampling standard. That means a defined number of units are pulled and checked against a defined limit, so the result is reproducible, not an opinion.
Defined sample size
Based on order quantity and AQL level, not "whatever we had time for".
Defined limits
Critical, major and minor defects each have a number. Exceed it, the lot fails.
Photographed evidence
Every defect is photographed and logged against the report.
What the inspection checks
Appearance
Color, finish, assembly, workmanship.
Dimensions
Measured against the approved spec, not the drawing.
Function
Does it do what it's supposed to, under use.
Packaging
Box, labelling, marking — the first thing your customer sees.
Drop / strength
Carton drop and load tests where the product calls for it.
Ship with proof, not hope.
Ask for a sample inspection report before you commit.
