What exactly do you charge for?
For the work we do — never a channel fee. Each service is a flat price quoted before we start: audits $299–499 per factory, inspection $299 per inspector-day, sourcing free on the first engagement. The goods themselves you pay the factory directly, at the factory's own price.
How do I know the factory price isn't marked up?
Because the money for goods never passes through us. We negotiate, we hand you the factory's quote — including unit price and tooling — but you pay the factory directly. Our service fee is a separate, fixed line.
Do you take small orders?
Yes — small brands are exactly who we're built for. We'll tell you the factory's real MOQ up front: some won't take a first order under a certain volume, and we say so on day one rather than hiding it.
Is this legal or customs advice?
No. We prepare product classification and documentation, but customs entry is filed by a licensed broker, and we don't replace legal or tax advice on a specific shipment.
